The MIC is a mandated organization by the Congregation of the Religious of the Virgin Mary (RVM) that provides various activities for students to study and reflect the life, works and values of Mother Ignacia del Espiritu Santo, bear witness to her life and spread the knowledge about her.

Objectives

• Thank God for the gift of Mother Ignacia and her legacy to the Philippine Church and to the RVM Congregation   through the patronage of Mary.

• Provide regular study sessions on the life and works of Mother Ignacia to deepen one’s knowledge and personal relationship with her, speak with conviction about her and work actively for her cause through prayers and witnessing.

• Appreciate her cultural heritage, imbibe her spirit and virtues by being sensitive to the needs of others especially the  poor and underprivileged.

• Grow in the Ignacian Spirituality and one’s personal relationship with Jesus, Mary our Mother and Mother Ignacia.

• Develop sense of belongingness in the Ignacian Marian community and become co jouneyers of one’s peers.
